What is ‘The Awakening’ and what will it do for the restaurant industry?

With all that’s going on in the world today, who can possibly keep up?! My area of expertise, of course, is the restaurant and bar biz, and these days, it is an ever-changing landscape.

There is uncertainty, of course, but there is still community. There is also much hope, yet operators should be realistic about the future. I chat with industry leaders almost daily during my “Instagram Live! Culinary Series” about their businesses and how they’re working hard to survive.
